Booking Policy

​

To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, either through our website or by contacting us directly. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.

A reservation is only considered confirmed once:

• Payment has been successfully processed within the specified timeframe, and

• All required guest information has been submitted for the preparation of the Charter Agreement.

​

The Charter Agreement will be sent for electronic signature no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Failure to execute the agreement prior to boarding may result in cancellation without refund.

Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to boarding on the day of your charter. Just For Fun reserves the right to deny boarding to any guest who has not completed payment or executed the required agreements.

Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations submitted more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund of any amounts paid. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to booking@justforfunyacht.com.

​

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and are not eligible for a refund.

​

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Policy

​

We understand that plans may change. You may request to reschedule your experience at no additional charge, provided the request is submitted at least 48 hours your scheduled departure date.

​

All rescheduling requests are subject to vessel and crew availability and must be submitted in writing. Just For Fun Yacht does not guarantee the availability of specific dates or vessels.

​

Each reservation may be rescheduled a maximum of one (1) time. Subsequent reschedule requests may be subject to a fee or treated as a cancellation.

Weather Policy

​

The safety and comfort of our guests and crew is our highest priority. Prior to each departure, the captain will assess weather and sea conditions. The captain's determination regarding the safety and suitability of conditions for departure is final.

Adverse conditions may include, but are not limited to: heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, rough seas, or any circumstance deemed unsafe for navigation by the captain or applicable maritime authority.

In the event that departure is cancelled due to weather:

• Just For Fun Yacht will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your experience to a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

• No monetary refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Just For Fun Yacht is not responsible for weather conditions or acts of nature, and reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel any charter itinerary in the interest of safety without prior notice.

Additional Services Policy

​

Just For Fun Yacht offers a curated selection of premium add-on services, including customized décor, catering, DJ services, photography, and water activities such as snorkeling equipment. These services are not included in the base charter rate.​

All add-on services must be requested and confirmed in writing at least 24 hours prior to departure. Requests submitted after this deadline are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Certain services may be provided by independent third-party vendors. In such cases, all arrangements, payments, and communications will be handled directly between the client and the vendor. Just For Fun Yacht acts solely as a referral and is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, the performance, quality, or execution of any third-party service.

Add-on services that have been confirmed and paid are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

Safety Policy

​

All Just For Fun Yacht vessels are maintained in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations and applicable Florida maritime safety standards. Each vessel is equipped with U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets for all passengers, flares, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

​

All guests are required to follow the captain's instructions at all times while aboard. Just For Fun Yacht reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest from the vessel who poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others, without refund.

​

Consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation. Just For Fun Yacht reserves the right to limit or prohibit alcohol consumption aboard at the captain's discretion. Guests assume full responsibility for their own conduct and safety while aboard.
